SHIPPING POLICY

For orders within the United States, our prices do not include shipping and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are based on zip code. Live birds will ship directly to your post office where you will need to pick them up. Orders are shipped as promptly as possible.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns.

BIRD GUARANTEE

We appreciate the service of the US Postal Service and the Airlines to provide a way to ship baby poultry to your post office. Help make sure this works smoothly by providing us with a working phone number for the mailing label. Notify us within 48 hours of arrival of any birds that may have died. Please report to us the number of live birds and the number of dead birds. We will, at our discretion, refund or give Briard's Pigeons credit for the purchase price of the dead birds, counting in any extra chicks received.
